1. What type of traps do you use?

I almost always use live box traps that don’t harm the animal.

2. How did you get into this line of work?

I have been trapping for most of my life, starting when I was just 10 years old. It is something that I have always enjoyed doing.

3. What is the strangest animal you have ever caught?

Everyone asks this. I almost always deal with the same animals over and over again… bats, raccoons, skunks, squirrels, snakes, etc. However, I did once capture a bobcat by accident. Bobcats are protected in the state of Connecticut; I immediately released the animal on-site and unharmed. Fortunately, I had my camera with me and I was able to take some great photos first.
